The East Central Tigers claimed a narrow 15-14 victory over the Southwestern Oklahoma State Bulldogs in an NCAA Division II baseball game held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 10. Former Silo High School standout Tagen Conary is a current member of the Tigers.
The game was played at Ken Turner Field and marked the first meeting between the two teams this season.
Conary pitched 4.1 innings, giving up five earned runs, with two walks and two strikeouts.
The Tigers will take the field again on Friday, March 13, at 2 p.m. at Ken Turner Field in a matchup against Harding Bison.
