The Latimer County Sheriff’s Office held their annual Christmas party and awards dinner Saturday December 17th. Sheriff Woodruff presented Choctaw Nation Tribal Councilwoman Jennifer Woods with the 2022 LCSO supporter of the Year award. The 2022 LCSO detention Deputy of the year award went to Kara Schumacher, the 2022 LCSO Reserve Deputy of the year went to Luke Underwood, the 2022 LCSO Deputy of the year went to Ty Smith and the 2022 LCSO Employee of the year went to Kelsey Goad. These award winners went above and beyond in 2022 and we thank them all for their service to Latimer County and to the Latimer County Sheriff’s Office.
