On February 22, 2023, Latimer County Deputies arrested 34 year old Matthew Napier at a residence in Red Oak. Napier was charged with Failure to Register as a sex offender and for Sex Offender residing within 2000 feet of a school or park. Napier was booked into the Latimer County Jail and faces charges through Latimer County district court.
