Southeastern head women’s basketball coach Darin Grover has announced the signing of Eryn Dolan and Kenzli Warden who are set to join the program for the 2023-24 season.
Dolan, a 5-9 native of South Coffeyville, Okla., closed out her junior season averaging 22 points and seven rebounds per outing on her way to winning a Super 6 Conference MVP award.
That effort was on the heels of averaging a double-double as a sophomore with 25 points, 10 rebounds per contest en route to a Cherokee Conference MVP honor.
“Eryn is a great athlete that plays with passion and effort,” said Grover. “She is the type of player that can play multiple positions, at this level that is very valuable. Her mom was a really good player for us when I was at NEO, she has her mom’s toughness and work ethic, but is an even better player all around (her mom won’t like that I said that!). We are really excited about Eryn’s future here at Southeastern.”
Warden, a 5-9 native of Tecumseh, Okla., posted a junior season output of 15.1 ppg with 7.4 rpg, earning NCRVC All-Conference honors as well as Offensive Player of the year recognition.
In her sophomore season she also picked up NCRVC All-Conference honors after putting up 16.5 ppg and 5.1 rpg.
“Tecumseh came to our team camp this year,” added Grover, “We knew that they had a good player, but we hadn’t ever seen her play. It didn’t take long before she stood out and our staff fell in love with her game. Kenzli is great athlete that elevates on her shots, maybe the thing that stands out most in her game is her ability to score around the basket as a guard.”
