Southeastern Oklahoma State University Students Compete in National Business Competition

Two Southeastern students from a state finalist team of eight competed at the newly rebranded Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) — Collegiate National Leadership Conference. The event was held at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago this summer.

Some 1,000 college-level students competed nationally and only the top 10 are recognized in each competitive event. Both SE students placed as national finalists in several of their competitive events — Dr. Luqman Dabiri earned 5th place honors in Marketing Concepts and 6th place in  Business Sustainability, while Rachael Gentges placed 10th in Justice Administration.
