Southeastern was down a pair of starters, but got a trio of 20-point performances from Kody Clouet, RJ Weeks, and Landon Condiff on its way to closing out the fall semester with a 106-91 win over Northwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday night in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
 
The win lifts the Savage Storm to 6-3 overall, on the year and 3-1 in Great American Conference play heading into the holiday break.
 
SE shot 55.9 percent as a team for the contest and connected on 12-of-24 three point attempts.
 
Clouet led the way for the Storm with 26 points on the strength of five threes as he finished the night shooting 50.0 percent overall with a 5-of-9 effort from beyond the arc.
 
Condiff was next in line with 22 with a matching 5-of-9 performance from long range and a 7-of-11 night overall.
 
Weeks followed with a career-high 21 points on 6-of-8 shooting with a 9-of-12 effort at the free throw line.
 
Brennen Burns posted a double-double off the bench with 13 points and 10 assists, while Robert Briley turned in a 12-point bench performance.
 
Briley finished the night as the teams leading rebounder with seven, while Clouet and Weeks pulled down six apiece.
 
Burns 10 assists led all players in that category, while Weeks, Al Ervin, Chandler Dickinson, and Briley added three each as the Storm reeled off 25 as a team.
 
Southeastern never trailed in the contest and after scoring the first points of the game would face a tied contest just once, coming at the 18:24 mark of the first half at 4-4.
 
SE would score the next two buckets, but would not see its lead extend past one possession until a Clouet three-point play gave the Storm an 11-7 lead with 15:39 to play in the half.
 
The Storm lead would teeter between four and eight points until an 8-0 run capped by a Condiff three with just under 10 minutes to play pushed the lead to 32-19.
 
The Rangers would whittle the Storm lead all the way down to one point with 3:45 to play int eh half, but another 13-4 run would extend it to 10 points again with 23 seconds remaining, but NWOSU would score the final five points of the half and Southeastern led 57-52 at the half.
 
The Storm lead would narrow to one point twice in the early going of the second half, but a 10-2 run capped by a Clouet three-point play would give the Storm a 76-67 edge with 13:33 to play.
 
The gap would close to one possession once more and was at just five points with 6:50 to play before the Storm ripped off a 17-6 run over the next five minutes, capped by a Briley bucket to give SE a 102-86 lead before ultimately settling on the 106-91 final score.
