Of the 528 people living in Fort Towson in 2019, 51.5 percent (272) were women and 48.5 percent (256) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Oklahoma News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 154-to-134. In the 65 and over age range, there were 91 females and 68 males.
