Midgrade gas was sold at the lowest price of $3.58 per gallon at one gas station in McCurtain County during the week ending Mar. 28, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, midgrade gas averaged $3.85 per gallon.
Of the 36 reported gas stations located within McCurtain County, six offered midgrade gas.
Across Oklahoma, the average reported price for a gallon of midgrade gas rose to $3.64, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
