Monday evening, the No. 3 ranked University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (10-6, 0-0 SAC) opened a busy week with a double-header split against Benedictine College (7-7, 0-0 HAAC). The Ravens were able to outlast the Drovers in the opener, collecting a 5-3 win in nine innings, but Science & Arts used Abi Gregory's no-hitter to salvage the split, with a 3-0 victory in the finale.

-GAME 1-

After opening the double-header with three scoreless innings, the Drovers claimed the first lead with a pair of runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Benedictine responded with a run of their own in the top of the fifth inning, followed by two more in the sixth to take a 3-2 lead.

Jaclyn Gray tied the game at 3-3 with a solo-homerun in the bottom of the sixth inning.

The score remained 3-3 until the top of the ninth inning, when the Ravens were able to push across a pair of runs. USAO attempted to rally in the bottom of the ninth, but were unable to extend the game any further.

Despite being dealt the loss, Sophie Williams was terrific in the circle, allowing only two earned runs on eight hits, and she struck out nine batters in 9.0 innings of work.

As a team, the Drovers compiled eight hits, three of which came from Jaylee Willis. Jaclyn Gray finished 1-3 with a solo-homer and Sierra Selfridge went 1-4 with a triple and a run batted in.

-GAME 2-

After holding the Ravens scoreless in the top of the first inning, the Drovers captured an early lead with one run in the top of the first inning.
